Can't come to us? We offer onsite support services. We come to your place of work or home and fix your machine there. Our onsite services are available within approximatly 10km of Elsternwick (3185). If you are unsure, feel free to ask us! We are flexible and may even visit outside of these parameters.

If you are unable to be with the offending device during work hours, we can arrange an after-hours visit to your location. Please contact us during business hours to arrange for this.
This service is subject to additional charges based on distance and arranged time. The default hourly rate is also higher and should be taken into account.
Optionally, if you are happy for us to collect your device, we can pick it up and return it for an additional charge. This means you will be charged in-store rates instead of onsite ones.
